What was the highlight of AluaSoul Carolina Mallorca

Overall, it was a great stay, the drawbacks are minor and did not mar our holiday.

The location simply cannot be beat if you want a quiet beach holiday. Eastern part of the island, tucked away at a lagoon. The sea view from the room (we had the my Favorite club one) is simply majestic! The food was largely good, if devoid of spices and marinades (which is understandable - catering is obviously done for many people).

Some of the front desk personell had a bit of an attitude and were somewhat condescending all the rest were very nice though! The all inclusive does not include many of the drinks and some of the food at the pool bar. This should have been communicated in advance.

Wonderful

Nice modern hotel, with recently renovated comfortable rooms and amassing view from the balcony. Very friendly reception. We were kindly provided by check-in right after arrival around 1 pm (before official check-in time). We used paid parking (8 euro per day) and it was very convenient.

Hotel is oriented on All inclusive concept and as usual it mans that food was quite chip. There is no normal a-la carte restaurant inside of the hotel. Unfortunately we didn`t like the nearest beach at all, probably we were not lucky enough but it was super dirty all 4 days of our stay - all water was covered by seaweed for several meters and first line of sand was full of plastic garbage. We come to Mallorca each summer for long weekend and this is the worst beach experience we`ve ever had. Thanks god we were with car and spent 3 days outside of the hotel enjoying incredible sea on much better beaches

Great location and sea view (room at higher floor) with lagoon just next to the hotel. Clean and spacious room, great meal, all inclusive option. Great availability of actions daily. Thanks to Carlos for support and help upon request.

Lovely hotel, great location and fab staff. If only they could sort out the evening meals

Great hotel in a fabulous location. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds, hotel is nice overall and the staff are very friendly and helpful

The evening meal is terrible. We had a vegan guest in our party and there was nothing for them to eat. We contacted the property in advance to make them aware of dietary requirements and then spoke to them every day - they kept promising vegan options but it did not happen. That said even those of us who eat most things struggled in the evening as the food was poor quality and very monotonous- we ended up going out as we could not face another meal at the hotel. Breakfast and lunch were good and had much better options

Very Good

That was our second stay at the hotel and we loved it again. There were some small things when we checked in, but stuff dealt with it in a really good manner. The location is amazing, that was actually one of the main reasons why we came back. Food was good (they didn't have butter for breakfast, though. Only margarine). Night shows were fun. We like this hotel. Really good package for chill vacation

No butter for breakfast. And setting up the request to start a sauna online through the Hyatt app would be nice.

Enjoyable stay but the food needs improving.

The hotel has stunning views of the sea. We had a suite which was great very roomy. The hotel is clean and spacious. It is away from the town so a car is useful although there are regular buses. There is a small local car park opposite the hotel or on street parking nearby.

The food was a self service buffet which to me was ok but a little bland and tasteless with many dishes being repeated. I feel the hotel would benefit from a second al a cart restaurant which could be booked.

I recommend! The price fully corresponds to the quality

We were in this hotel in October on all inclusive system and had been very satisfied. The view from our room was wonderful, in front of the sea. We had a room on the 7th floor. I recomend to pay more and take My favourite club rooms, above the 6th floor, because the trees below are block the view on the sea. And also if you have My favourite club benefits you can eat on the table near the window in canteen and on the terrace outside. The cleaning in the rooms was daily and hight quality. There were good coctails on the bar and on the aqua bar, the snacks near pool also were quite good despite the fact that they were repeated. And most importantly, which indicates the high level of security in the hotel and influenced my assessment, one evening I accidentally forgot my expensive phone on the table in the canteen among the plates, one nice woman from the staff in the kitchen found it and returned it to me when she saw that I was upset and looking for something walking around the canteen. Unfortunately, I didn't remember her name, but thank you very much! All the staff were polite and nice. Great hotel for a quiet, relaxing holiday with your loved one.

The food was repeated every day, I would like a greater range of seafood and fresh fruits. But we never remained hungry =)

Some staff members very friendly and hard working. Dan from reception bar, Cristian the entertainment person in the event, restaurant staff.

Spa space did not have a nice smell. For the whole stay it smelled like toilets. Bed was very comfortable but the space between TV and bed was very limited - the food in breakfast, lunch and snack bar and dinner was very repetitive and very simple, not with a lot of options,

A lovely, relaxing stay at a lovely hotel with great facilities and staff in a beautiful location

Fresh produce and good choice. We sat outside with a nice view of the gardens and pool.

When food ran out it was not always replaced that quickly. We were in a VIP section out on the verandah so it would have been nice to have staff pouring us coffee at our table without having to go back and forth to the restaurant area

Everything!! I can't recommend the place enough! From the stunning views, to the staff, food, facilities, location... It was so relaxing and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely go back! The bigger town is only 15 mins away by bus ( about€2) if you want to shop, walk along the promenade where you can find a lot of lovely bars and restaurants. We however decided to stay most of the week at the hotel as I could completely switch off there and this is exactly what I needed. The beach is only 2 steps away . I also really enjoyed the aquagym . The staff is lovely and the hotel very clean and well decorated! I loved it!!

Very good amount food, a lot of variety and good quality. Rooms were nice and beds very comfortable. Massage service was excellent. Nice to have animations during the day and I the evening.

We were never able to call the hotel. We tried all the numbers available online and we couldn't connect with them. This was really frustrating. They should update the information available online and give a direct number to the reception
